I learned about Wants and Needs from a Brain Pop video. Needs are something that you need to live, wants are something that you'd like to have but wont wont keep you alive. Moby wanted a pony, but he didn't need it. At the end of the video the girl told Moby to get a present for her grandpa. Moby suggested a pony. it was pretty funny.

 Today I watched a Brain Pop Jr video and I learned about counting coins. Every coin is worth a different amount of money. We have pennies dimes quarters and nickels in America. those are the most common coins. When you are counting different kinds of coins you start with the biggest ones first. When you have a lot of one kind of coin you can skip count to count even faster. I'm glad about what I learned and I think it will help me in real life.

PLG : History I am learning about  the history of Ancient Egypt. They have Pharaohs and their last pharaoh was Cleopatra. Egyptians used to use hieroglyphs to read and write. I am glad that we don't use hieroglyphs because it would take so long to draw all those pictures out.
