2nd semester elective #1

 am doing tumbling on the tumbling team this semester. I really like it because It is so fun. The other kids and me get to practice a lot. We have been practicing backflips, hand stands, and bar tricks. at the end of every lesson we get to play a game either hide and seek or capture the cone. Coach Curtis teaches me a lot and is very nice.

Math submission 1

 Today I watched a Brain Pop Jr video and I learned about counting coins. Every coin is worth a different amount of money. We have pennies dimes quarters and nickels in America. those are the most common coins. When you are counting different kinds of coins you start with the biggest ones first. When you have a lot of one kind of coin you can skip count to count even faster. I'm glad about what I learned and I think it will help me in real life.

Social studies submission 2

PLG : History I am learning about  the history of Ancient Egypt. They have Pharaohs and their last pharaoh was Cleopatra. Egyptians used to use hieroglyphs to read and write. I am glad that we don't use hieroglyphs because it would take so long to draw all those pictures out.
